Welding

Spot welding is a pressure and temperature-based method of electric resistance welding in which the elements to be joined are heated to welding temperature by an electric current and then pressed together. It is usually used to weld together sheet metal with thicknesses of between 0.5mm and 3mm.

Thanks to the different projects we have executed for leading automotive manufacturers and their subsidiary companies, Robopro has extensive experience with all the principal welding control systems on the market (spot welding, arc welding, MIG/MAG welding, etc.). We have programming experience with the systems manufactured by Bosch, Serra, Fase, Fronius etc.

PLC´S

The particular design features of PLC´s make them suitable for a wide range of applications. This scope is continually widening thanks to the constant evolution of hardware and software aimed at satisfying all identified needs within the spectrum of their practical possibilities.

 

PLC´s are used mainly in plants and installations where there is a need for movement, control and/or signalling processes, covering everything from the various types of industrial manufacturing processes to industrial transformations, plant control, etc.

 

One of the advantages of PLC´s is that they make it possible to save time when creating projects: changes can be made at no additional cost. Also, since they are small and their maintenance costs are low, they save money in labour costs, allowing more than one machine to be controlled by the same system.

 

PLC´s play a key role in any process of automation, and Robopro‘s services therefore include their programming. We have extensive knowledge of the different programming languages, linear and structured programming, digital and analogue signal processing and, in general, all facets of application automation. The equipment we configure and programme includes products manufactured by Allen Bradley and Siemens.
